TOUR PROPERTIES WITH A SOC REALTY AGENT

Once you've targeted a few homes that you would like to view, simply contact your SOC Realty agent to schedule your tour. Your agent can schedule as many showings as you wish and is here to work around your busy schedule.

MAKING THE OFFER

Once you've located a property that your interested in, your agent will help prepare you for the offer by educating you on the latest trends in the neighborhood. Your agent will provide you with a cma report and any other information that is required to establish the offer price. Once this is established, your agent will draw up the paperwork and walk you through the negotiation process.

CLOSING AND COLLECTION YOUR CASH

Closings typically happen 30 days after an offer has been accepted and We Split Our Commission right at the closing table. Texas Realtors typically receive a 3 % commission based on the sales price of the home. When working with a tradition brokerage your agent would receive a $9,000 commission on a $300,000 home and you would receive $0.
